You
Must Have a Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License or
Identification Card.
1.
You must fill out all the information
requested from number 1 thru 40. Sign and date the application
when finished.
2.
If you are not a resident of Pennsylvania, you must
have a permit in the state you reside and provide us
with a copy of your permit and Drivers License along
with the application
3.
Processing time is approximately 3 (three) weeks. If
you do not receive a denial
letter within that three weeks, you must return to the
Sheriff's office in person
to pick up your permit. We will only hold your permit
for 90 (ninety) days. After
that time period it will be removed from our system and
you will have to reapply
at that time. Please No Phone
Calls. We are prohibited
from discussing Permit status over the telephone.
4.
Return the completed application along with nineteen
($19.00) dollars, cash, check, or money order. Your application
will not be processed without these funds!
A $5.00 administrative
fee will be assessed for all declined applications and permits
not picked up within 90 days.
